There are not enough words to express their zeal for life, their sweetness, their unfathomable compassion. We met in Spring of 2020 during BLM Protests in LA. The LAPD had ran over a protestor as we blocked the highway - we kneeled down and prayed over them together, as strangers. Moments later, they returned to life.&nbsp; Mango is the essence of abundance - the best this world has to offer and a light to guide us all. They deeply inspired the book series I’ve been working on since we met. Their character, Mango, lives on through WUND3RLAND - a vision for utopian radical liberation and union with our land.&nbsp; Mango is my eternal resting space - a reminder of the beauty that can crack through the pavement of this dunya (material world).
